Line release or Brain surgery?

Trying to get an early line release is as difficult as trying to perform brain surgery. Been in contact with home connect for 2 months trying to ensure my line was released on the correct date. I have had 26 phone calls with them in the last 2 weeks, sent numerous emails including to their escalations contact and no one ever gets back to me and my line has not been released. Every single time I get told a different story and get promised that they will call me back within an hour or two. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. Not even the supervisors have their story straight or have the decency to call you back. Currently been trying to speak to a supervisor for 3 days. Sick and tired of having to re-explain my story a million times to different call people who each tell me something different and promise the world. It cannot be this difficult to get my line released???? Feel like my line is being held hostage because I am canceling my service with them.
