Legendary Customer Service received from Mali Kgotle

I had the pleasure of speaking to Mali Kgotle yesterday and today.

BEST customer service agent at Home Connect!!!

She was AMAZING Yesterday: She updated me on all the new policies, guided me through the payment process yesterday and then asked me to kindly contact the office once the payment was done.

Today: I called back this morning only to be highly disappointed by some guy and his "to bad.. so sad" attitude, telling me that the POP wasn't right, and besides that, I will have to wait 48h for recommendation!! He even had the cheek to end the call when I dared get upset about his no care attitude!!

Called back immediately and to my delight, Ms Mali answered my call! She took down the info, and in no time I was back up and running!!!

Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers are truly appreciated!!!
