latency/Ping

Good day, I would like to express my utter most dissatisfaction with home- connect. I have been using the services for about 3 years now and they service is getting terrible by the day. If you escalate an issue you need to wait 24hours before some can assist you. The waiting times when you call are too long and if you ask them to call you back the never do. I am working from home and have recently been experiencing a lag with the internet whereby the information is being delayed, this has to do with the ping or latency and home-connect cannot understand that they have a problem which they need to resolve. Other people who are also working from home do not experience this issue, when we go into the office I do not experience this issue so the problem is with home-connect. I will be cancelling and moving to a better internet provider.
