Kitso from Home-Connect is a *STAR*
I called Home-Connect about my faulty fiber and I got to speak to Kitso. What a pleasant experience with him, the level of his professionalism is remarkable, speaks well, respectful and very friendly.
He escalated my matter and took it upon himself to follow up with Vumatel directly and to report back to me once the fault has been resolved. We want more of Kitso's to assist us when calling through for assistance. Big up to Kitso
