Kimeshni was the best calll centre I have ever come across ever since my fibre journey started; she was very calming and she was very understanding where my frustration stemmed from. she called me back when I ran out of airtime and stayed with me on the line until my service was reconnected. she is the best and if possible please lock my number to her extension.
