Khulekani Ndlovu and Mfundo Sishi 15/10 Rating.

I would like to point out two individuals at Home-Connect. Khulekani Ndlovu, and Mfundo Sishi. I would like to start out that I had been fighting with Home-Connect support agents trying to get my fibre activated. After about the 5th day of fighting, I called to follow up and find out if Home-Connect had made any progress, Khulekani picked up. He heard my frustration and understood what needed to be done. He got to work, he let me know that he needs help from one individual, Mfundo, and once they started working on activating the line, it was done the next day. I cannot tell you how grateful I am of these two individuals. They are top class and I give them both a 15/10 rating. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you two for all your hard work. You guys are awesome.
