I called Home-Connect inquiring about wifi router because I felt like it was taking too long but after speaking to Kitso everything was sorted in one day and I'm now connected and happy. I had a pleasant experience with him, the level of his professionalism is remarkable, speaks well, respectful and very friendly. He escalated my matter and took it upon himself to follow up.
