I made a payment for my wifi package which was disconnected. Then sent a proof of payment around 11am, thinking it'd be reconnected, which never happened. Tried to resolve it with fundiswa but she requested a proof of payment then closed our chat on WhatsApp without a single word after sending the proof of payment she requested. I then waited for another consultant to assist, and Kashmeel Singh, who gave me an exceptional service after receiving the proof of payment. Very competent I must say! Thank you Kashmeel.
