Julius from home connect came all the way to the house to assist me. He was extremely helpful and sorted the issue out quickly and efficiently;he had me up and running in no time. Thank you so much Julius!!!!! If i could give you more than 5 I would!

02 Aug 2023, 18:41The feedback and 5 stars is ONLY in respect of Julius who assisted me. Everyone else who worked on my matter gave me no joy. From promises to call me and no calls, another person who was just rude to me. A full week of no fibre and no one could be bothered to tell me what the issue is. I consistently asked for a technician to be dispatched and got no joy from your service people including your escalations team. Ay shem nonsense.
