Julius came to my house after 12 days of frustration with your company and Vumatel. It took him five minutes to get me online! He is fantastic and a total expert at what he does. What a pity you didn’t believe me from day one of my problems and put me through complete frustration of daily calls and lack of communication with Vumatel before sending Julius who could have saved me on day one. I would like to be compensated in my invoice with the reduction of each day I was not connected. That is the least I expect Ref 3SGQ3DH Thank you JULIUS
