JD is an absolute champion. Calling me at 6pm to check on my internet speeds and ensuring I pay the right price for the package I am using.

I will stay with home-connect (been with them for 6 years plus) because of the talented and dedicated support staff. I have never had a support person contact me frequently to follow up on how my internet speed is doing.
