Its been weeks since...

Its been weeks since i have requested for the new connection and more than a week since i have received the router but still the setup wasnt done properly and unable to access wifi And when connecting to wifi it is saying no internet and i was tired of connecting the live agents for the resolution and i have connected to many agents but no luck And it was affecting my office work aswell
