It would of helped if you let Me know to plug in the router into Port 2 and not any other port on the ONT. Wasted gigs of mobile data and hours trying to debug the issue. Terrible customer experience especially as I upgraded my package. I was supposed to be up and running on the 1st as I phone a month ago informing you of my move. The support rep said absolutely no problem, it will be seamless. Really annoyed as I wasted a lot of money on data and time struggling.
