It was amazing

It was amazing. I really appreciate Kitso soo much, he didn't give up on me and my problem. He called me back when he said he would. He was very patient with me and understanding. He didn't get irritated with me and my misunderstandings. He was such a great help. He was the only one that actually helped me out of the 4 agents I spoke to today. He kept his promise and made sure I didn't going another day without Wifi.
