Internet switched off after debit order went off

If there was a zero rating i would have given them a zero star. Their service is worse i had an issue with my internet not connecting after loadsheeding and promised to call me back after being irritated and told them if the matter is not resolved they must cancel my contract when i called them again they told me my contract has been canceled and the money that i already paid on the 26 i won't get it back.
