Internet service provider Home Connect

There are obviously a lot of service providers to can provide Internet Services, but really it is when things go wrong that the real test is apparent and how companies react to that situation. Due an IT "Glitch" there was and issue with my registration that indicated there was a problem somewhere between Vumatel and Home Connect. I was most impressed with Home Connects response in trying to resolve the issue - the constant feedback, the escalation to senior GM, and then the very positive attitude from event the Help desk was great I have to compliment, Tamara Al-Halaseh, Chris Schutte, and "Little" Selina Mathibela! well done Guys!
