Internet restore

I had no internet for 3 days. Eventually I was put through to Mfundo. Of the half a dozen people I spoke to through the 3 days he was the best. He tried many things and after literally hours he got my internet working. He was polite, knowledgeable and resourceful He was dealing with a very frustrated and angry customer, but his manner and professionalism and CAN DO, don't give up attitude ended up with victory. I am not happy with home connect at all, but this man saved them from losing a client today. I'd say, "Give this man a Bells " Thank you Sir for your help and support it is greatly valued and appreciated.
