Installers broke my network point when they installed my neightbours fiber

Installers broke my network point when they installed my neightbours fiber. My internet has been down for the 4th day, tomorrow will be the 5th day yet the insist I wait 24-72 hrs. When I logged the initial ticket they also advised that I wait 72 hrs. I have never seen such pathetic sevice. No customer service, no customer care.
