Initially I had trouble setting up my online profile but it was sorted out after a consultant walked me through it step by step on a call. We set a service date for the next week, by Wednesday Vumatel did a site visit and installation, my huawei router was dispatched by Thursday and on Friday morning my router was delivered and we set up the wifi in less than ten minutes. So far the service has been great, with email communication every step of the way and speedy installation and delivery. Very happy new customer!
