Incredible customer service on a Sunday, towards close of business hours.

I'm incredibly grateful to Mbali who (very!:)) patiently guided me through a very long process of getting reconnected to my internet, after my router issues. And she did this on a Sunday, a couple of minutes before 2pm - a lot of agents dont even bother to answer calls towards close of business hours. Much appreciated!
