Incorrect billing and nobody to speak to!
I currently have a billing issue. For months HC is charging me R803 for a 50/50 service (I rarely get 50/50 and they say that if I get 40/40 then that's a great outcome! WTH). On their website the price is R748!!! You phone and nobody answers. You try WhatsApp and they pass you from pillar to post. I am still waiting to speak to a human.
