*********** supervisors

Yah neh, BAD service from Home connect. I requested a refund on the 20/12/2021 and it’s been 8 months now and I haven’t received my money back and every time I call them, no one seems to know what’s happening with my refund request. Even their supervisor/ manager i failing to solve this matter and I have spoken to few of the supervisors/ managers and always they requesting proof of payment & banking details as if they are going to help me. I wonder how Home connect operates with such *********** supervisors/ managers. I wouldn’t RECOMMEND this company to anyone with such *********** supervisors/ managers.
