Inaccurate Billing
Invoices are incorrectly calculated and customers are billed incorrect amounts regardless even if you notify them, they just keep invoicing incorrect amounts

29 Apr 2025, 09:23My invoice includes 0.5 % of vat which is against the law and it resulted as a failed debit order because the amount that was supposed to be debited was incorrect and now you are penalising me for a mistake that was not caused by myself. Please rectify my invoices so that i can make payment ASAP.
