In the beginning I was a bit frustrated because of the lack of communication from the Operations team as I had called them and sent e-mails regarding my installation schedule, I personally contacted the Zoomfiber SA Team still communication was not really great, but when i got a call that an install tech is on the on the 15/11/21 everything was awesome, communication was better the Install team guys were great, i just didn't write down their names, Mirad was my sales guy, a good chap, I think I spoken to Lelo and Kiara at some point, I will surely recommend home connect to my friends and family, ( actually I already did)
