In a world of disappointments and not really setting my expectations high to avoid disappointment..... I was blown off my feet by the service I recieved. I can't remember the time frames exactly but I think the initial lead time was 2 to 4 weeks but within a couple of days I was contacted for the installation and that was done within 3 days. Then I was told that connection take 48 hours but I was connected almost immediately. All and all, I would like to thank Home connect and thier partners for the excellent service. I do a speed test from time to time and it is always on point.
