Imbeciles behind the desk

<p> It has been nearly a month since i activated my package with Home-Connect Cipherwave and I have not recieved any updates or where abouts for my free router, for the past weeks i had to sit on my behind on the floor connecting a 1 meter ethernet cable connected to CPE device and I am fed up as it only works with one device in the household and not even with my xbox one. The package was 20mbps/2mbps line. However with my disgusting experience. I will be changing my ISP.</p>
