I’m satisfied with the service I received from Home Connect, especially their agent Nikkita Moodley. I was quite upset when I called in as my WiFi was not working a day after installation, but Nikkita patiently talked me through how to fix the issue and followed up a few times after the fact to check that everything was still working well. I have not had any issues with my WiFi since then. Their process from application to installation was also quite painless for me.
