IGNORANCE!!

Your accounts team is ******** and treats the company as if it is their own! Listen to me carefully! I have dealt with many agents advising that I am canceling to which they responded by enquiring if I would need their service at my new address. I responded and informed them that I would not need it. You have since billed me a ridiculous amount - Menzi in your accounts department called me and I advised him to investigate and do his due diligence regarding my cancellation and the collection of the router! You people have not called back or emailed to advise on the way forward but you are quick to debit my account with incorrect amounts! I will not stand for this! I asked for your management team to get back to me and they shy away. Netstream canceled my line as if I WAS *****ING FIBRE, I didn't need a notice I told use I was canceling. All of use have the nerve to come back and say the cancellation should take place online but nobody educated me to do that after acknowledging my cancellation request. Instead, use asked me if I want to move with the fibre to my new address. I work for a fibre company our Billing team would never ever take advantage of any clients and we get back to them on time and resolve query's not like you guys that respond with attitude and never get back by literally doing the work and investigating - its LAZINESS and bad ATTITUDES that causes this because all clients are disgruntled????? Imagine!! the nerve!!! . I've ignored you, people, because I am wasting time with use but use are taking it way too far! Looking for the last cent out of people because money needs to be made with your processes like a scheme. Listen go through my emails and calls - sort this mess up! send your courier to pick up your router. Get the ball rolling do the right thing, if your agents cant! log on to the system fix this mess!!
