I would like to write a short review about the excellent technical support I received from Sifiso (ticket 580159), on 13 March 2024. My router seemed to stop allowing me to connect to the internet. Sifiso at Home-Connect spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me calmly and meticulously guiding me through troubleshooting, and setting up the router. I really valued your way of dealing with me in a somewhat frustrating situation. I thank you for being kind, so professional, and incredibly patient. Also thank you for being knowledgeable and making me feel like I can understand the process of getting the router successfully working again. For me, this was really valuable 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
