I would like to write a review about Julius, I have been experiencing connection issues with my fibre and I’ve been using the home connect WhatsApp line with no success, until last night when I messaged Julius who assisted me with getting my line installed in the first place and within hours he assured me that it will be logged and sorted, today technicians was at my house to do fault testing and my connection is up and working perfectly, I was called continuously to advise me of the progress. thank you very much for the service I received, you truly went over and above and this after hours
