I would like to write a review about Home-Connects most outstanding employee PHUMELELA BUTHELEZI. With his patience, empathy and all round amazing attitude I would be very suprised if you do not get inundated with reviews regarding this young man. I have had my fair share of frustration when it comes to dealing with some of the ladies in your call centre, but having my query resolved by Phumelela was an absolute pleasure. He never rushed me along even though it was like a couple of minutes before knock off. I am not so techno savvy and extra anxious when having to take instruction over the phone but he never once got irritated. Home-Connect is a wonderful product coupled with extraordinary people like Phumelela as back up makes life just a little more bearable. THANK YOU PHUMELELA BUTHELEZI....
