I would like to write a review about Home-Connect My first encounter with home connect was horrible they did not bother to send the wifi password to me when they installed the router. I only received confirmation of the installation from vuma. I had to send an email which wasn't responded to. I found another alternative and texted them on WhatsApp and they said they'll get back to me on their working hours.They did not, and I had to resend the text, that's when I got helped by Shryia Maharaj who was very quick at it. She is the only person that helped me. The installation crew have no idea about nothing. I had to find the contact details and the email myself
