I would like to write a review about Home-Connect I've endless issues with my previous ISP , over 5 months and they never resolved the issue. Eventually they acknowledged my cancellation. I made an application on the 19th of May with home connect, my scheduled cancellation was the 31st May but I'm already connected its 22nd of May. The process was hassle free and very easy. The support team already seems to be responsive and helpful. I like the speedy service and quick responses and how I barely had to do anything and i was sent the information I needed. It's night and day compared to my previous isp. I'll have to use the service more to make I don't have the same issue like with the previous isp but so far it looks very promising. I would definitely recommend home connect ,especially to those with my previous isp.
