I spent the whole morning chatting to your Watsapp team to Activate my Easypay number but all in vain. Your WhatsApp team is disappointing and is not willing to help us if we contact them. I then phoned Vuma landline for assistance and I got helped by a friendly gentleman who said his name is Kitso. He gave me a new Easypay number within minutes and I was good to go. It is people like Kitso you need to put in front of the house and assist clients Not those people on your WhatsApp contact number, they are useless, am sorry to say. Thumbs up to Kitso 👍🏼
