I would like to write a review about Home-Connect: I was assisted by Princess Nyauza (Home Connect, ***) in my fibre installation. She managed herself professionally, and I received the best service even though there were some challenges in Frogfoot's end. She was keeping me updated about everything since it wasn't an initial installation. Frogfoot had incorrectly provisioned my line and were not coming to the party to fix it. Instead, they were giving us a run around and even sent a technician to change a working ONT. Princess managed the situation very well and made them aware that the problem is in their side in term of provisioning. I highly recommend Home Connect because people like her who know what they are doing.
