I would like to write a review about Home-Connect I have had a good relationship with Home-Connect up until now after canceling my contract with them and after confirming my final installment which included me paying a penalty, I have after five months received threats of handover citing my nonpayment of my account. Nobody personally answers my requests for live representation and a debit order for monies that I am not aware of has been honored by my bank. Still no one will talk to me or give me an explanation of their actions and no one has given me an opportunity to satisfy my sentiments about the activity of this Organization

14 Mar 2023, 13:21Following up the above and after speaking with a Home Connect Agent and after explaining my situation and their callous approach towards it, The company has without doing any constructive research into the historic details of their actions, repeatedly sent me threats and demands.
This is like a festering wound which I have no solution for, but it has cost me two months penalties on my bank account for the dishonored debit order. I have finally been SASSA approved and will get my first payment in April and by then there will be another penalty. You just can't win. So I've decided to pay the full amount and am advising all who wish to do business with this organization to think twice as they have no empathy nor consideration for your circumstances and are rather cold blooded in their actions without regard.
