I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. I would love to let you guys know that the service I received from Ntokozo was exceptional. This employee is really an asset to home connect. Over the last few weeks I have been getting consultants that didn't seem to know how to help with my service. After speaking to Ntokozo I felt such a relief that finally someone is going to assist me and resolve my query. She really went over and beyond by calling me back and updating me and also assisted figuring out why the activation took so long. Im so impressed with her customer service. My trust in Home-Connect has been restored by Ntokozo. Well done on going the extra mile .
