I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. When I contacted the customer service team, Lerato answered my call. She has been amazing as I queried an order I have cancelled and did not seem to have received confirmation. Lerato ensured she investigated while I was on the line in order for her to give me a verbal confirmation of the cancellation, which she has done without any hassle. She immediately thereafter sent me an email confirmation that my order has been cancelled. It is not always the case that consultants are so effective and I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service experience I received from Lerato. We need more people who ensure customers receive quality and exceptional experience. Thank you Lerato!!!
