I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. My experience was pleasant at first, but after a week and a half with no communication from Home-Connect, I wasn't a happy customer. Finally I spoke to Courtney Makhubela. She quickly explained the hold up to me and took it upon herself to make sure I get connected. Within a day it was all sorted and she also followed up numerous times to keep me in the loop of things. Her professional way of speaking, loud and clear (call centers always have bad quality) and her friendly attitude was very helpful and I appreciate her work. 10/10 Courtney, 10/10 💪🏻💪🏻
