I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. I contacted customer care in order to assist with changing personal details on my account as well as to reset my password. I was assisted by a lovely consultant by the name of Nicole. She went above and beyond to assist me and even emailed me a few times to confirm certain changes were made as per my request. She was kind and friendly. She made me feel both comfortable and proud to be a customer of home connect. Human connection is something that lacks in many of todays service companies, however I can confirm that Nicole sets the bar very high when it comes to customer care. I will definitely request her assistance in future. Thank you again Nicole ☺️
