I would like to write a review about Home-Connect as I was first really annoyed with the company as I paid last month for services I didn’t get and was given the run around with everything by all agents I spoke to with regards to a transfer of funds to the correct account with the correct address but with all that today I spoke to a lovely CSR whom assisted me so kindly and you could tell she wanted to help me out and her name is Solima and would give her a raise as she was exceptional today. The score is gonna be high only because this CSR treated me as a CX and not some random fool and Solima you sound just like my sister Jacinta Ngobese check her out I tell me if I’m lying
