I would like to write a review about Home-Connect and specifically the help i received from PHUMLA NGCOBO who gets 5stars. She made the effort to call me back and make sure my query was completely resolved. I appreciate the prompt service i always receive from Home Connect; the only reason i have not given them 5 Stars is there is always room for improvement; for example their app could be better when it comes to fault reporting and how fast they deal with faults logged on the app.
