I would like to write a review about Home-Connect and service I received from Sarah Mokhine
I would like to write a review about Home-Connect and service I received from Sarah Mokhine. She done what no other person could do... I called your office from Saturday morning until Monday evening and spoke with so many different people and no one could assist me, eventually on Monday when I called for what felt like the 100th time and still no joy or even an ounce of customer service, Sarah Mokhine took my call and assisted me with rebooting my router and restoring my connectivity. This lady was attentive and patient with me and showed excellent telephone etiquette, her colleagues on the other hand need to take a page or 2 from her. Thank you again Sarah Mokhine
