I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. I’ve dealt with home connect before and have been their customer for years and have always enjoyed and been greatful for yhe level of service they have provided hence I stuck with them. However this time around the service was very disappointing. It took them over 3 weeks just to sort a moving order. The main problem was that the consultants did not communicate with me throughout this process and when I called a lot of the agents were not fully clued up as to what is going and kept requesting me of things I’ve already submitted or done. There are only 2 consultants that were really helpful and informative, Prudence and Katlego. They really know and understand how to deal with people. I’m thankful of their services and customer care.
