I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. I have been with Home connect for about 3 years now with no issues and hardly any connectivity issues. The only problem I did incur was when I wanted to transfer the account to someone else's name. It took much longer than I thought and therefore brought on unforseen costs. I feel as though this was not communicated to me. It is also quite frustrating that one can only have one pending application at a time, for example, change of account and change of service (upgrade or downgrade). After quite a process, we finally have fiber installed and the router was sent the next day. That was a great sign. I will continue using Home connect as my ISP.
