I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. There customer service was excellent from the pre ordering stage to the completed stage of fiber installation. When it came to setting up router for use I struggled to get connected to network the technician I phoned was able to help me with the fault finding and within 20min of being on the phone with him trying to get connected going through every possible way of resolving the issue we found that it was just the network cable between the ONT and Router that was faulty I replaced it with a different one and together with the technician we followed all the steps again of setting everything up and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I can honestly say your team knows what they are doing and is super helpful and friendly. I would suggest your team to all friends family and strangers who want to use you as an ISP.
