I would like to write a review about Kitso whom assisted me with the activation of my fibre line with full patience and excellent customer care and not only that but his precise knowledge of the products,services and systems of home-connect makes him one in a million as he also has the ability to pass down the knowledge with the lay-men's terms to onboarding users and he made my journey worthwhile n thanks to his attention to detail eye he was able to recognise errors that are beyond home connect but rather with vuma themselves and if that is not excellence then I don't know what excellence is I applaud his bubbly personality n his customer care skills...on point may he get a platform to shine
