I would like to thank Sandile *** for being so helpful. Before I got to him I had called and spoken to over 4 other agents and he was the only one to actually understand the issue and explain it me as well as take the initiative to help speed up the process of getting my WiFi back online. I truly appreciate his help and hope he continues to be an outstanding agent!!
