I was really impressed with the courteous and professional service I got from all the people I spoke to. Particularly Miss Somila Socosa who kept in touch with me and kept me updated with developments until my internet was restored. Even though the technical part was top notch I’m more impressed with the customer care aspect. It’s one debit order I don’t regret going off every month 😊.
