I was helped by the most gentle , patient and so humble agent called Kitso Motsoasele from home connect fibre. The guy has a customer service skill and he listen to customer. Apparently ZOOM FIBRE PEOPLE(SALES PEOPLE) GAVE ME INCORRECT AND MIS INFORMATION about the connection and the amount that needs to be paid. I was told that I am only going to pay R299 ONLY 31 AUGUST 2023, if they install my wife today 14July 2023, but it was ALL A LIE . I was so frustrated and wanted to cancel IMMEDIATELY😖😖. But because of KITSO MOTSOASELE I changed my mind(reconsider) my decision. Thank you and keep on helping customers like me.
